Google Adsense Sites (1): Niche & Keyword Research

I use the Google Keyword Tool for my research almost exclusively.  On occasions I use
Wordtracker as well but for the most part I start all new research with Google’s keyword tool.

When looking for a niche I simply follow the money.  There is more money in “mortgages for
single moms” then there is for “how to build a bird house.”  Follow the money and you will
never be disappointed.  There is money in providing content to someone looking for insurance,
mortgages, bankruptcy, laws, loans, grants and such.  Follow the money when choosing
keywords and you will not be disappointed.

When choosing a niche it is best to find one that has competition.  If there is not competition
there is no money to be made in that niche.  Also, don’t be afraid of a little competition because
using what I teach you in this guide you will eventually out rank them.

When choosing a niche I choose one that has a good amount of traffic.  I don’t bother with
any niche that gets less than 5000 monthly searches.  It’s just not worth it to me because I
don’t want to develop a site that only brings in a couple clicks a day.  I would rather have 5-
10 sites each making $100+ a day as opposed to 100-200 sites making $1-$2 a day.
So when picking a niche be sure that there is traffic and competition and you can’t go wrong.
By applying the techniques and tips in this report you will eventually start to rank and make
money.
